Marmalade Sandwiches
We had a great time making marmalade sandwiches for Paddington. He sneaked in over lunch though and ate some fo the sandwiches!!! Now he is missing and we can't find him anywhere!

This week in maths...
As part of our maths work this week we are looking at subtraction. We have been looking at subtraction number stories about the fair and gingerbread men. We have used 'objects' or 'things' to help us find the answer. We have then moved on to link our number stories to subtraction number sentences. Can you help us at home to practise using subtraction?
Making Gingerbread Men...Mmmm
As part of Literacy this week we are looking at instructions and The Gingerbread Man. Today we had lots of fun making gingerbread men and of course we loved eating them...Mmmm
A special visit....
Yesterday we had a special visit from the firefighters. The children loved asking the firefighters lots of different questions and they even got to sit in their fire engine.
